Four Slovenian companies part of new regional index CEEplus
The four companies are drug maker Krka, fuel retailer Petrol, NLB bank and insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav, the LJSE operator Ljubljanska Borza announced in a press release.
According to Ljubljanska Borza, the index is part of the continuous cooperation between the capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe aimed at strengthening the regional market and improving the cohesion of the region.
The new index of the Three Seas Exchanges regional initiative comprises more than 100 companies, including the most liquid shares on individual stock markets with the average daily turnover of more than EUR 90,000 in the period between December 2018 and May 2019.
CEEplus is a price index calculated on the daily basis of final prices of shares. The main currency is the euro, with its base value at 1,000 and base date 30 August 2019.
