Planned at the location of a former warehouse of the brewer Pivovarna Laško Union opposite Tivoli Park, the Bellevue Living complex will include two 16-storey towers with a range of flats, 275 underground parking spots, a green rooftop garden with a playground and small stores, bars and a covered central atrium.

According to Bellevue Living representative, the starting price for single bedroom apartments will be set at around EUR 207,000, 2.5 to 3-room apartments are expected top cost around EUR 244,000, and four-room apparent will start at EUR 386,000.

While the expected prices of the Exclusive and Luxury ranges were not revealed, the average square metre price at the complex will stand at around EUR 4,000.

The company started collecting reservations today, with the sale starting in March, when construction is expected to begin. The completion target is September 2021 and the opening is scheduled for the end of 2021.

The funding for the project has been provided by an Austrian investment group - 38% by Logicx Innovation, 32% by Projekt Entwicklung, and 30% by Q.B.E.L.L Beteiligung.

One of the investors, Logicx head and founder Georg Doppler-Popovic, has listed the Das Gotland complex of 136 flats in Berlin and the Livingbricx 28-flat project in Marii Enzersdorf, Austria, among his references.
