The price, equal to the market price value, was set on Friday based on the proposal of the official receiver Janez Pustatičnik and a report on the value of the bankrupt debtor's brand as of October 2019 made in February by an official appraiser.

This follows from the notice released on Friday on the website of the national Agency for Public Legal Records and Related Services.

The bankruptcy estate of Adria Airways has been estimated at EUR 6.2 million, more than half of which is represented by the title to its office building at Ljubljana airport.

Other valuable assets include its brands, including Adria and Adria Cargo, flight simulator and a 100% interest in its flight school.

The company's debt to creditors should be determined after the deadline for submission of claims expires on 2 March.

In late January, the air carrier's operating licences were auctioned off for EUR 45,000 to Air Adriatic, a firm recently incorporated by Slovenian produce importer Izet Rastoder.

Adria Airways has been in receivership since October 2019.
