At the Munich fair, they are highlighting their big Rimska carda project, as well as other opportunities for purchasing premises with established infrastructure in the Pomurje business zones, which measure 230 hectares in total. Foreign investors will be offered additional professional guidance, such as information on how to prepare to apply for state subventions for foreign investors. The RRA Mura is participating at the Munich fair for the third time, and is a regular participant at all the important European events mentioned in this article. For the past few years, they have been actively promoting the Pomurje region in Europe and the USA as a good location for foreign investment, and have thus successfully attracted foreign investment into this somewhat isolated area of Slovenia. They have noticed that, in comparison with other EU countries, the Slovenian real estate market is not very well-developed. For this reason, their expectations for success at the fair are high. They expect the biggest number of inquiries to be regarding industrial and business premises with the necessary infrastructure for foreign investors. In addition to promoting the Pomurje region, we will also present the current opportunity for investment in the Rimska carda project at Moravske Toplice (spa) at Expo Real 2006. We plan to build a complex for the treatment of psoriasis with special geothermal water.
