Next week will see two flight connections between Ljubljana and Paris, apart from the one on Wednesday also a Saturday service. Later on, the number of flights will steadily grow until mid-July when flying to Paris will be possible every day per week.

If the easing of coronavirus restrictions carries on, Air France aims to return to 40% of its capacities by the end of summer, reactivating 106 out of its 224-strong fleet and flying to some 150 destinations.

The carrier advises passengers to check entry requirements at the final destination as well as during connecting flights in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic impact. Wearing face masks on the flights is mandatory. Temperature screening will be conducted as well.

Passenger air travel resumed at Ljubljana airport after two months and a half two weeks ago with the landing of an Air Serbia plane. Montenegro Airlines followed last week.

By mid-June, the airport expects to see the return of Lufthansa and Lot, until the end of June, Swiss Air, Brussels Airlines, Transavia and British Airways. After 1 July, others are to resume services as well depending on the circumstances.

Iberia and Finnair meanwhile decided not to provide flight services to Ljubljana this summer season.
