Zakopane - Slovenia's Anže Lanišek took second place at the Zakopane Ski Jumping Word Cup individual event on Sunday. Norway's Marius Lindvik won the competition, whereas his fellow Norwegian Robert Johansson placed third.

Lanišek, who was in the lead after the first round with his 133.5 metre-long jump, had to concede to Lindvik, losing by a whisker.

Another Slovenian Domen Prevc was eight, whereas Tilen Bartol placed 12th, his best ranking so far this season, Žiga Jelar 22nd and Cene Prevc 24th.

Peter Prevc and Bor Pavlovčič did not qualify for the final round.
