French National Orchestra
The highly acclaimed ensemble was established in 1943 by the French National Radio, thus becoming the first permanent French symphony orchestra with renowned principal conductors. Based in the Theatre des Champs-Elysées Paris, the French National Orchestra regularly performs throughout France, in various European capitals as well as across other continents. The orchestra has been associated with numerous celebrated conductors, instrumentalists and vocalists, and has recorded several resounding CDs featuring works by Debussy, Shostakovich, Beethoven, Mahler etc. For this performance, they will present Mahler's Symphony No. 10 in F sharp Major.
