Ljubljana - Slovenia reported 111 coronavirus cases for Tuesday, the highest daily figure since mid-June, with the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ) estimating there are now 838 active cases in the country.

The rolling 7-day average of new daily cases has increased by four from the day earlier to 58 and the cumulative 14-day incidence per 100,000 residents rose by two to 39.

Tuesday's cases were confirmed from 1,807 PCR tests, for a positivity rate of 6.1%, the highest since 12 June. A total of 18,582 people were screened with rapid antigen tests.
