At the opening of the fourth Romano Čhon Festival for Roma Culture, two researchers of Romani culture, social anthropologist Martin Olivera and Romani specialist Patrick Williams, will present the difficulties of European policies and non-governmental organisations when dealing with Romani communities in Europe, one of the most difficult questions in the modern era.
