The jokers convened a session of a committee for the appointment of Chuck Norris as the supreme chief of the army, and a session of a standing committee for the popularisation of the work of pop singer Karmen Stavec.

There was also to be talk about making a tacky pop song part of the mandatory protocol for the reception of the US ambassador and granting asylum to the disgraced former Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader.

New media expert Domen Savič told Delo that this was a harmless joke exploiting a vulnerability in the recently overhauled website that allowed intruders to change headings merely by typing a new text into the field.

The site (www.dz-rs.si) was briefly taken offline but is back to normal.
