Antalya - Slovenian freediver Alenka Artnik has set a new world record in the double-fin discipline at a competition in Kas, Turkey.The 39-year-old said on Facebook on Saturday that she had improved her own mark in the discipline to 106 metres.

This comes after Artnik set a new world record in the constant weight discipline at 122 metres at the Vertical Blue competition in the Bahamas in July.

She took a little break before the preparations for the world championships in Turkey, which will start next week.
