In Slovenia, we have quite a few companies that co-create global trends in their fields. In some parts, they are even the largest and strongest in the world. One such company is Ledinek Engineering, which has a tradition of 29 years, operates in more than 50 countries and employs more than 400 people. They are the most comprehensive and complete manufacturer of lines for the production of glued beams and structural wood in the world. They make long production lines from several connected machines for the processing of solid wood, from which components are formed, among other things, for houses, blocks of flats, high-rise buildings and halls.

In Sweden, they operate the largest factory in the country

Right now, two extremely large projects are underway. "In Austria, we are working for the Mayr-Melnhof Holz company, where one of the largest productions of cross-laminated panels in the world is underway. Our machines will be a part of these related production lines. We are also making a large factory with similar production lines for the Swedish company Södra. This will be the largest factory of its kind in Sweden," said Gregor Ledinek, CEO of Ledinek Engineering.
