Ljubljana - Slovenia's coronavirus curve continues on its increasingly slow downward trajectory with 1,203 new cases reported for Thursday, down 6% from a week ago. Two Covid-19 patients died, government data shows.

Overall Covid-10 hospitalisations dropped by ten to 614 as intensive care cases increased by one to 204.

According to the National Institute of Public Health, the 7-day average of new cases fell to 1,101, just 13 down from the day before, and the 14-day incidence per 100,000 people was down by six to 785.

The total of estimated active cases dropped by 124 to 16,576.

The PCR test positivity rate yesterday was at 24%.
