Aerodrom Ljubljana is selling a 30.46%, Istrabenz 15.23% and Luka Koper 15.23% of shares in Aerodrom Portorož, according to a call published in Wednesday's edition of the daily Delo.

The three companies will initially collect non-binding bids and then make a selection of bidders who will be invited to give binding bids or enter negotiations.
