Military Vessels Arrive at Koper for International Exercise
The exercise organised by Slovenia's military forces command is to strengthen regional cooperation of naval forces. On Friday, the event will be presented to the public and attended by Slovenia's Defence Minister Aleš Hojs.
The exercise, which will take place in Slovenian as well as international waters, is being attended by a patrol ship with 24-member crew from Albania, Montenegro's tugboat with a 15-member crew and a military ship with 30 crew members from Croatia.
Greece sent a gunboat with a crew of 59, while Italy is participating with a patrol boat equipped with a helicopter and 76 crew members, according to a press from the Slovenian Defence Ministry. Slovenia will be participating with both of its military vessels.
