Ljubljana - A public opinion poll conducted for Siol, Nova24TV and Planet TV by pollster Parisfal sees the Democrats (SDS) ahead of the Freedom Movement and the Social Democrats (SD). The Left, New Slovenia (NSi), Connecting Slovenia and Resni.ca would make it to parliament, while the LMŠ, SAB, Our Land, SNS and DeSUS would not.

Among the decided voters, the SDS would win 25.5%, down two percentage points compared to last week, and the Freedom movement 21%, which is 4.4 percentage points lower than last week.

The SD follows on 10.6% support, down 0.3 percentage points.

According to the poll, the Left would also make it to parliament on 7.8% support (up 3.1 points), and so would the NSi on 7.6% support (up 1.2 points), Connecting Slovenia on 5.7% (up 1.1 points) and Resni.ca on 4.4% (up 1.4 points).

Meanwhile, the Marjan Šarec List (LMŠ), Our Land, the Alenka Bratušek Party (SAB), National Party (SNS) and the Pensioners Party (DeSUS) would fail to exceed the parliamentary threshold, polling at 3.2%, 3.1%, 2.5%, 2.4% and 2%, respectively.

The Pirate Party, Vesna, Our Future and Good State, and the Home League would win less than 1%.

Among all respondents, not just the decided ones, the SDS would win 19.1%, the Freedom Movement 15.7% and the SD 8%. The Left follows with 5.8%, the NSi with 5.7%, Connecting Slovenia with 4.2% and Resni.ca with 3.3%.

The LMŠ was backed by 2.4% of all respondents, Our Land by 2.3% and the SAB by 1.9%. The rest polled at under 2%.

About 17% of the respondents are undecided, 6% would not go to the polls, and 1.5% would not vote for any of the parties.

Parsifal conducted the poll among 936 adults over the phone between 11 and 13 April.
