Ljubljana - Coronavirus infections continue to decline steadily in Slovenia as 368 new cases were confirmed on Sunday, down by 30% in weekly comparison, fresh official data shows. Another three people with Covid died.

The number of patients at regular Covid wards was 104 this morning, down by five on the day before, and the number of patients in intensive care was 17, down by one.

The National Institute of Public Health estimates there are still 22,320 active cases in the country, down by nearly 440 on yesterday and some 7,360 on the same day a week ago.

The 7-day average of new cases has dropped by 24 to 1,329 and the 14-day notification rate per 100,000 of the population by 21 to 1,055.
