"Economy with the future, an opportunity for green business"

The German-Slovene Economics Day is a traditional event of the German-Slovene Chamber of Commerce and the Industry, whose purpose is to strengthen Slovene-German economic relations and excellent cooperation in this field. The event, which is traditionally organized in cooperation with the IEDC Bled School of Management, will connect the business community under the slogan "Economy with the future, an opportunity for green business". In light of the current challenges that Europe has been facing and consequently Slovenia, renowned guests and businesspeople from Germany and Slovenia will addess the following topics: new German law on supply chains; the impact of Covid-19 on supply chain disruptions and high energy prices on the German economy; managing the low-carbon energy transition, the post-covid-19 period and sustainability in supply chain management in Slovenia and the region.

The new president of the German-Slovene Chamber of Commerce and the Industry, Mrs. Dagmar von Bohnstein, who took over the leadership on 1 April 2022, will address the Slovenian and international public for the first time.
