Shareholders of Unior left without dividends

Zreče - The shareholders of the tool maker Unior confirmed at Wednesday's AGM the proposal of the management and supervisory boards that EUR 8.8 million in distributable profit for 2021 remain undistributed, rejecting a proposal that just under EUR 1 million be allocated for dividends.

A shareholder proposed through the authorised representative that part of the distributable profit in the amount of EUR 941,334 be earmarked for dividends, which would amount to EUR 0.34 gross per share.

The proposal, under which the remaining EUR 7.8 million in distributable profit would be decided on in the coming years, was rejected, and the proposal that the entire amount remains undistributed was endorsed instead, Unior said in a press release.
