The club from Slovenia's second-largest city completed the resounding defeat of Dudelange with a 1-0 win in Luxembourg to win 5-1 on aggregate following the 4-1 drubbing handed out to the Luxembourger champions last week.

The defeat of Dudelange means Maribor have secured a spot in the Europa League and will enter the final round of qualifying for the Champions League. Their opponent in qualifying will be determined in Friday's draw in Nyon.
