Ljubljana - Coronavirus trends remain broadly flat. New cases totalled 1,544 on Wednesday, down two percent on the week before, and hospital figures dropped slightly, Health Ministry data show.

A total of 106 people were in hospital with Covid-19 as their main condition, down six from the day before, of which 14 were in intensive care, a figure unchanged from the day before.

One person with Covid-19 died.

The 14-day case notification rate per 100,000 population dropped by 23 to 894 and the rolling seven-day average of daily cases dropped by four to 1,296.
