Ljubljana - Slovenia reported 1,260 new cases of coronavirus for Thursday, a decline of 5% from the figure the same day a week ago. Two patients with Covid-19 died, Health Ministry data shows.

A total of 79 patients were hospitalised for Covid-19 as their main condition, including eight in intensive care. The figures are down from 90 and ten, respectively, reported a week ago.

Data from the National Institute of Public Health shows the 14-day incidence per 100,000 of the population falling to 882, from 897 a week ago, and the 7-day case average rose to 1,281 from 1,253 a week ago.
