Nova Gorica - An international urban bus transport service was resumed on Monday between Nova Gorica and its Italian counterpart Gorizia after being suspended for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The service is operated by Nomago and APT, with the support of the municipalities of the two border cities, according to the Nova Gorica authorities.

The buses are running under the established schedule; the earliest depart from Nova Gorica at 8:05am and Gorizia at 8:35am and the final of the ten daily buses leave from Gorizia at 7:25pm and Nova Gorica at 7:55pm.

The route has been changed somewhat to include Prvomajska Ulica to link to the Supernova shopping centre in Nova Gorica. The fare remains unchanged at 1.30 euro.
