Besides the almost 30% stake in Gospodarsko razstavišče, KAD is selling 18.75% of Grand hotel Union, a 14.44% stake in hotel operator HTG, and 11.35% in the country's leading travel agency Kompas.

A 10.50% stake is moreover up for sale in curtains manufacturer Velana, while the holdings available in investment firm AG, chemicals producer TKI Hrastnik, gas distributor Geoplin, electrical materials manufacturer SM Strojkoplast and sheltered workshop company CRI Celje are smaller than 10%.
