The exhibition will focus on modern Cuban photography, which developed exponentially in the 1990s with a new generation of self-taught and innovative photographers.

The round table debate will explore ways of cooperation between Slovenia and Cuba in the fields of art, education, science and trade.

Maribor University Chancellor Danijel Rebolj and non-residential Cuban Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan Aguileran, who covers Slovenia from Vienna, will participate in the debate.

Moreover, "El Premio Flaco", a film by Juan Carlos Cremata Malberti, will be screened Friday afternoon at Vetrinjski mansion. On Saturday, the same venue will host the screening of "Lisanka" by Daniel Diaz Torres.
