Early Voting Starts in Presidential Election
Early voting will be possible until Thursday between 9 AM and 5 PM at special polling stations set up at the seats of district electoral commissions in administrative units across the country.
There are no special rules on who can vote in the early election; all a voter needs is an ID card.
Voters who will be unable to come to their polling stations on Sunday for reasons such as illness, have until Thursday to file a request for voting at home, where they will be visited by a special electoral committee on polling day.
Special polling stations called OMNIA will also be open across the country, where voters from a different electoral unit will be able to cast their ballots. They too must notify their local electoral commission of this until Thursday.
