According to the Agency for Public Legal Records and Related Services (AJPES), the biggest creditor with some EUR 105m of its claims approved is the biggest subsidiary Viator & Vektor Logistika, which is also in receivership.

Other major creditors include the NLB bank (EUR 57m), Gorenjska banka (EUR 44m), Probanka (EUR 30m), Abanka Vipa (EUR 23m) and the NKBM bank (EUR 14m).

Skupina Viator & Vektor went into receivership in July after shareholders approved a EUR 30m capital injection as part of the group's financial restructuring, but missed the four-month deadline of the court-mandated debt restructuring by four days.
