The press release posted on the web page of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday did not reveal how much Telekom Slovenije paid for the 30% stake needed to gain full control.

The Slovenian telco bought a 70% in Aneks in October 2007 for EUR 3.33m.

Aneks was established in 1992 and is one of the leading telecommunications providers in Bosnia-Herzegovina, offering broadband internet, fixed telephony, as well as analogue and digital TV, according to Telekom Slovenije.
