Super Tina With Second Medal at World Championships
Maze was in joint lead after the downhill leg, but she finished 0.46 seconds behind Germany's Maria Hoefl-Riesch. Nicole Hosp of Austria was third, one second adrift.
This is the fifth medal for Maze at World Championships and her second super-combined silver after Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 2011, further cementing her place at the top of all-time Slovenian ski rankings.
In addition to five World Championships medals, two gold and three silver, she boasts two Olympic silver medals and 55 podium positions in the World Cup.
