Maribor's Hotel Piramida Joins Best Western International
Hotel guests will receive the service they expect from Best Western International, which has over 4,000 hotels in 100 countries around the world.
The four-star hotel will also benefit from being a part of the central booking system run by Best Western, which means better marketing and higher occupancy rates, Lampe explained.
According to data from Best Western, Terme Maribor can also expect to benefit and can expect to get 15% to 20% more visitors due to the presence of the hotel chain.
Maribor's Piramida is the third Slovenian hotel to be included in Best Western International - other two are Ljubljana's hotel Slon and hotel Lovec in Bled.
Best Western chief operating officer for Central Europe Ivona Meissner said the hotel chain was excited to include the hotel in Maribor, as the city is an important strategic location.
