Distributable profit from other property insurances in the amount of EUR 1.4m was meanwhile allocated for provisions for other property insurances.

According to the insurance company, which last year had 854,000 clients, the profit was mostly the result of a EUR 3.5m surplus of investment revenues over investment expenses.

Vzajemna will use the surplus, according to the law, for supplementary insurance and for boosting its capital adequacy.

At Monday's general meeting, the shareholders also awarded the management board and supervisors a discharge of liability for 2012.
