Two more medals for Slovenia in track and field were secured by Marina Tomič, who finished third in 100 metres hurdles competition, and Snežana Rodić, who took silver in the women's triple jump.

Jošt Zakrajšek was meanwhile second in men's 1,000 metres kayak flatwater race.

Moreover, Slovenia's shooting veteran Rajmond Debevec added a bronze in the 50 metre rifle three positions category to his medals collection, while bocce player Aleš Borčnik was third in the progressive throw competition.
