CBSR swept the three remaining finalists in the Techocrunch Hardware Battlefield competition, organised by TechCrunch, a news website focused on information technology companies.

Cubesensors feature a multitude of sensors measuring the quality of air and its temperature, humidity as well as noise, brightness, pressure and vibrations in a room. The data is displayed in a user-friendly way via a smart phone app.

The start-up started collecting orders for the cubes last March, and first deliveries to buyers, mostly in Europe and the US, are expected to be made this month, CBSR said in a press release on Friday.
