Gen-I Planning to Boost Market Share in Croatia

The sales target translates into a 7% market share, which would make the company the number two supplier in Croatia, behind state-owned Hrvatska elektroprivreda (Hep).

The Gen-I group entered Croatia's households markets in June last year and has since subscribed over 10,000 households and over 1500 companies, including ministries and companies in the public sector.

Gen-I Croatian subsidiary, Gen-I Zagreb, registered EUR 90m in revenues last year, while this year's estimates point to an increase to some EUR 131m.

In addition to plans for a 7% market share in households, the company also plans to increase its share in the companies market to about 10% by the end of this year, Gen-I Zagreb CEO Dejan Paravan has told the press.
