The High Court of Justice, Patents Court in London ruled that AstraZeneca AB, Sweden and AstraZeneca UK Limited must pay damages to Krka and its UK partner because of an interim injunction which prevented the sale of Esomeprazole in the UK between 2010 and 2011.

The ruling is not yet final.
