Toll revenue rose almost 4% to EUR 305.3m, with lorry tolls rising 6.4% to EUR 166.3m and car tolls almost level at EUR 139m, the company said on Thursday.

The rest of the revenue came from selling know-how on foreign markets and leasing of the optical network that runs along the motorway network.

Expenses dropped 5% to EUR 271m as the result of cost-cutting and restructuring measures.
