Besides Dragić, the third team features the Portland Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard, the Indiana Pacers' Paul George, the Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge and the Charlotte Hornets' Al Jefferson, the NBA announced on Wednesday.

The All-NBA First Team features Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder, LeBron James of the Miami Heat, Joakim Noah of the Chicago Bulls, James Harden of the Houston Rockets and Chris Paul of the Los Angeles Clippers.

Blake Griffin of the Los Angeles Clippers, Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Dwight Howard of the Houston Rockets, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs meanwhile made the second team.

The All-NBA Teams were chosen by a panel of 125 sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada.

In April, Dragić received the NBA most improved player award for the 2013/14 season, after leading his team to a 23-win improvement while establishing career highs in scoring and field goal percentage.

The 27-year-old point guard from Ljubljana also received international recognition lately, making the all-tournament team of last year's EuroBasket in Slovenia and being voted the fifth best European player in 2013 in a poll carried out by FIBA Europe.
