The three prime ministers are expected to discuss topical EU issues, youth employment and active ageing in relation to social entrepreneurship. They will also touch on current regional and foreign policy affairs.

The trio held their first meeting in Austria's Graz in August 2013, when they advocated joint efforts against unemployment, economic growth and a democratic Europe.

The meeting is part of an enhanced trilateral dialogue following Croatia's accession to the EU.
