Istrabenz has set up the leasing company with the Serbian car manufacturer Zastava. The daily Dnevnik reported in October 2013 that the Tax Administration (DURS) had banned Istrabenz from exercising its rights in the company, but Istrabenz appealed and the matter has obviously been resolved.

According to the call published in Friday's Delo, Istrabenz is also seeking buyers for its 2.3% stake in the IEDC Bled School of Management and minor shares in some other companies, including electricity distributors Elektro Ljubljana and Elektro Primorska.

The interested buyers have until noon on 11 July to submit binding bids.

DURS banned the holding from exercising its rights in almost all its subsidiaries last year after establishing almost EUR 1m in extra outstanding tax from the time the company was headed by Igor Bavčar (2002-2010).
