Kolektor Group and its owner FMR reportedly got a total of EUR 21.8m or EUR 67.1 a share for the stake. The price per share is the same as that paid by Mahle to the consortium of owners in the deal completed in mid-June.

The consortium of six owners, which included several state-owned companies and funds, sold its combined 54% in Letrika to Mahle for EUR 58.3m.

Earlier this month, Kolektor increased its stake in the car electronics company from Šempeter pri Gorica from 17% to 20.1%.
