Slovenia with Biggest Drop in Real Estate Prices in EU
Slovenia was followed by Italy (-4.8%) and Romania (-3.8%), while the biggest rises were recorded in Estonia (+14.35%), Ireland (+12.5%) and Great Britain (+10.2%).
At quarterly level, the prices rose by 1.4% over the first quarter in the EU, according to Eurostat data.
While Ireland was the country with the highest rise (+6.8%), Slovenia recorded the biggest drop also on the quarter 2-to-quarter 1 comparison (-2.6%).
