The shareholders will therefore be deciding on 15 May on the proposal of the management to allocate all of the EUR 65.05m in distributable profit for dividends.

The Telekom Slovenije group generated EUR 756.5m in net sales revenues in 2014, which is down 3% from 2013.

Due to new provisions worth EUR 43.6m, net profit was down by 97% to EUR 1.59m.

Excluding one-off events, group EBITDA would be at EUR 215m and net profit at EUR 64m, which is slightly above plans.
