One of Slovenia's most successful handball clubs of recent years beat the Danish side 31-30 away, after winning 28-27 a week ago at home to qualify for the finals tournament to be played in Berlin in mid-May.

There they will square off with Füchse Berlin and the winners of matches between Germany's HSV and Melsungen and Denmark's Skjern and Sweden's Eskilstuna for the title.

A draw to determine the semi-final ties for the tournament will be held on Tuesday.
