WOD is the biggest dance organization in the world founded in 2008, based in California. Dance competition World of Dance Tour is an annual event in which compete and perform exclusively invited dance groups. It is a contest of the top performers and renowned choreographers of street dances.

The Artifex featured the event as the guests and first dancers from Slovenia. They performed with a solo project for which they made their own costumes and music. "It is a wonderful opportunity to have a performance in front of the most recognized dance public in the world and we are really satisfied we managed to show the best of what we can ", Tadej Premk, head of The Artifex dance crew and dance school. As says Tadej Premk, they received an invitation to feature the event two years earlier, already in 2013. Previously The Artifex twice attended the competition part of WOD in the Netherlands.

In the context of global annual dance events World of Dance Tour so far participated many famous names from the world of dance and choreography. Among them are Les Twins brothers, who danced alongside American R&B icon Beyoncé Knowles, Ryan Leslie, American musician and producer nominated for Grammy in 2011, award winning dancer and choreographer of Algerian-French origin, B-Boy Lilou, who participated the video of the musical group Chemical Brothers's and the film Street Dance 2. He also danced alongside legends Madonna. Another famous name, featured WOD was also French dancer and choreographer Deydey, who collaborated with music icons such as Martin Solveig, Katy Perry, Madonna and many others.
