Turkish Businessmen Visiting Slovenia

The 18 business executives possess assets worth over EUR 7bn, according to the SPIRIT tourism and investment promotion agency. They are potential investors for both Slovenian and Turkish economies, the agency has said.

The delegation will on Friday attend a panel dubbed "How to Boost Business with Turkey", at which the honorary consuls will be presented along with business and investment opportunities of Slovenia.

A round table debate on the development of sports infrastructure in Turkey will follow, highlighting the possibilities for cooperation with Slovenian companies. Representatives of Slovenian companies will also have an opportunity for individual talks with the guests from Turkey.

On Saturday, the Turkish delegation will pay a visit to Maribor, Slovenia's second largest city, and the lake resort of Bled, where they will meet local officials.
