Offering EUR 13.59 per share, the price at which it bought a majority stake from Pivovarna Laško late last year, Kofola acquired an additional 3.64% of outstanding shares.

Kofola did not set a threshold for its buyout bid and considers the move a success, according to Thursday's notification in the daily Delo.

The share price values the entire company at around EUR 69m.
