IGM Trade paid just over EUR 2m for land and a 3,000 m2 building of Alpos's tube production facility, along with the equipment, according to Tuesday's filing with the Agency for Public Legal Services (AJPES).

The price is significantly below initial estimates: it was initially set at EUR 14.5m and dropped to EUR 6.3m by the third auction, whereupon the bankruptcy administrator opted for solicitation of bids.

The sale was coordinated with two creditors, Heta Asset Resolution and Gorica Leasing.

IGM Trade is among Macedonia's 20 biggest companies. It had annual sales of EUR 75m in 2013, the latest year for which data are available.
