The shares of reinsurer Sava Re topped the losers column, shedding 3.51% to EUR 14. Close behind, Telekom Slovenije lost 1.69% to EUR 87.50 as the fallout continues of a snag in the privatisation process.

Also lower were the shares of energy company Petrol (-1.45% to EUR 251.30), insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav (-1.03% to EUR 24) and port operator Luka Koper (-0.75% to EUR 24.52).

The only winner in the index and the most active issue, pharma company Krka's share gained 0.45% to EUR 67.30 on close to EUR 600,000 in volumes.

Gorenje, the share of the household appliances maker, was flat at EUR 5.80.

Trading in the prime market contributed the lion's share to the overall trading volume at EUR 1.33m.
