The best actress award went to Martina Gedeck for her role in "Das Ende der Geduld" by Christian Wagner, while the best actor award went to Diego Mattioli in "El Cinco".

The best film in the festival according to the audience was "Halfway" by Adrian Biniez.

The lifetime achievement award went to Polish director Krysztof Zanussi, while an award for the contribution to the film industry went to producer Boris Lustig, the festival organisers said in a press release.
