The reason for going to the post office was most frequently to post or receive a letter or parcel, the survey polling over 2,000 respondents shows.

In rural areas, people would often visit the post office also to pay their bills.

The respondents cited the reliability of post and package delivery as more important the the prices of these services.

Almost 84% of those polled are satisfied with post or package delivery in two work days.
